HOUSING LOAN SCHEMES
Presently The RSCHF is providing housing loans to its nominal members under two schemes
1. Individual loan scheme:
Under this scheme housing loans up to Rs. 15.00 Lac has been providing for purchase of house/flat etc. and for constructions purposes up to the maximum period of 15 years.
2.Baby Blanket scheme:
The RSCHF has been providing up to Rs. 5.00 Lac for the purpose of renovation/repair and furnishing the existing house for the maximum period of 7 Years.
