HOUSING LOAN SCHEMES
Avail the following housing loan schemes of the Housing Federation for house construction/purchase/addtion/repair/interior or docoration
1. Individual loan scheme:
Under this scheme housing loans up to Rs. 20.00 Lac has been providing for purchase of house/flat etc. and for constructions purposes up to the maximum period of 15 years.
2.Baby Blanket scheme:
The RSCHF has been providing up to Rs. 7.00 Lac for the purpose of renovation/repair and furnishing the existing house for the maximum period of 7 Years.
3. Grah Samariddhi House loan scheme:
Under this scheme, a loan up to a maximum of Rs. 7.00 lakh is made available to salaried employees for renovation and furnishing of the building constructed on the basis of an undertaking by their employer for a period of 7 years.
